The Lightship is situated within Haslar Marina, which means at least one person in your party must be a member to access The Lightship. Membership is only £10 a year; all you need to do is fill out a form. If you’re interested in becoming a member, please fill out the form below and let us know how many memberships you’re interested in.
Please note that the above form is only for registering your interest. A member of our team will contact you and provide you with a membership form to fill out and instruct you on how you can pay the £10 fee.

Why do I need a membership?
Due to its location, we must be able to keep track of who is coming and going to protect berth holders' boats in the marina and you. It is crucial we know who is on board at all times in case of an emergency. When you sign up for a membership, you are required to agree to the terms and conditions; if you do not comply with the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to revoke your membership. When you become a member, you will also be added to our mailing list and be the first to hear about all of our events.
How many guests can I bring?
One member can bring up to 10 guests.
I'm a Berth Holder at Haslar Marina. Do I need a separate membership to access The Lightship?
No, as a Berth Holder, you do not need a separate membership.
How much is membership?
Membership is £10 a year, which gives you a keycard and access to The Lightship for a year.
I'd like to host a private event at The Lightship, do I need to be a member?
You do not need to be a member to host a wedding or a private event.
If I arrive by boat, do I need a membership?
If you arrive by boat, you do not need a specific membership to The Lightship as you would have already paid your fee and checked in with Haslar Marina.
